Encore creates more efficient ways of providing analysis of your Disruptions, Claims Analysis and Geo requests

We know that time is also critical when evaluating provider networks for your clients, and Encore is ready to respond with a process that provides quick and accurate analysis of your Disruptions, Claims Analysis and Geo requests.

We have created a standardized format in which to submit your requests so that we can respond as efficiently as possible. Log onto encoreconnect.com/Payor/requestInfo to view our data requests formats. If you are able to format your requests as shown it will go a long way to reduce the turnaround time of your request. Plus we give you the option to send your requests via encoreconnect.com.

Once you provide the name of the prospective group, primary location, group size and the date you wish the request be returned you will promoted through your email to attached files needed for Encore to get you the information you need.

Just follow the steps at encoreconnect.com/Payor/requestInfo to request information immediately!

As a reminder, please continue to send all information requests to the Encore Marketing mailbox at encoremarketing@thcg.org. This mailbox is checked throughout the day to ensure your requests are handled promptly.
