Electronic notification of new employer groups added to the Encore network proves convenient and fast

Encore is committed to providing the highest quality of customer service to all of our clients. And one way we have added timeliness of service is in our new online New Group Notification process.
Group notifications can now be sent electronically via encoreconnect.com/Payor/notification just by logging in and filling in the required information fields. No more printing, faxing and confirmations necessary. Once you click "Submit", you will be prompted through your email account to attach necessary documents such as a copy of the ID card, Schedule of Benefits and a copy of an EOB. Clicking "Send" will inform Encore of your notification and the supporting documents being sent for approval.
