Obtaining Laser VisionCareSM Services

Call your VSP doctor to check if he or she is participating in the program. You can also locate a participating VSP doctor in your area by clicking here, or by calling Encore’s customer service department toll-free at (888) 574-8180, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
Schedule a complimentary screening and consultation on the benefits and risks of laser vision correction. Your VSP doctor will provide pre-operative care* and can also make arrangements with one of the many VSP approved laser surgeons and centers.
Post-procedure care will be coordinated between your VSP eye doctor and your VSP laser surgeon.

Discounted pricing for Encore members

Through VSP, Encore has arranged for members to receive the procedure at a discounted fee, which could add up to hundreds of dollars in savings. Discounts will vary by location, but average 15% off of the laser center's usual and customary price. Additionally, if the laser center is offering a temporary price reduction, Encore members will receive 5% off of the advertised price if it is less than the usual discounted price.

*While the laser vision correction screening and consultation with your VSP doctor is complimentary, if you have a pre-operative exam and do not proceed with the surgery, your VSP doctor may charge a discounted exam fee up to $100.
